JobCycle · Free Job Application Tracker

Every application, tracked. Your weekly work-search form, already filled in.

Log each job you apply to, follow it from applied to offer, and copy your week straight into your state’s unemployment work-search form. Free, with no card and no time limit.

Up to 100 postings a day, so the applications you have already sent fit too.

How it works

Log it once. Use it every week.

01

Log the application

Company, job title, the posting’s link, the salary as posted, the date you applied, how you applied and who you contacted. Paste the posting to keep a copy.

02

Track it to the offer

Move it from applied to interview to offer or closed. Each step goes on its own timeline.

03

Know when to follow up

Check-in reminders at one, two and three weeks after you apply, and a nudge to close out a posting that has gone quiet.

04

File your week

Your weekly work-search report lists every contact in the order Virginia’s form asks for it, with a copy button on each answer. New York’s layout too.

What’s free, and what isn’t

The tracker is free. The AI is the paid part.

JobCycle never reads or scores what you type. When you want help winning the job, the paid plans work on the postings you have already logged.

Questions

Before you start

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no trial that runs out. JobCycle stays free; you only pay if you choose a paid plan for the AI tools.

Will it file my unemployment claim for me?

No. It keeps your record and lays it out in the order your state’s weekly form asks for, so you can copy each answer in. You still file your own claim with your state.

Which states does the report match?

Virginia and New York today. Every other state gets the same fields in a plain list; check your own state’s weekly form for anything it asks that this does not.

How long should I keep my records?

Virginia and New York both ask for a year. Download your full work-search log from your account any time; it is also downloaded for you before an account is deleted.

Who sees what I type?

Only you. The addresses, phone numbers and contacts you enter for a company are saved to your account, never shared with anyone else who applies there.

It takes about a minute to set up, and your first week’s report fills in as you go.
